The pages rip very easily from the binder. Binder does not close evenly so pages slip out

I recieved a Teacher's edition instead of a student edition. I have submitted a complaint about it and ome has responded to me

The book condition stated was very wrong and I returned it. I never received my $55 refund. Multiple emails exchanged and then ignored me by "closing my case", refusing to believe me. They're THEIVES.
