Ordered for my granddaughter. She is a first year college student. It arrived very quickly and in good condition.
Not happy with the seller deducting 10% for restocking/shipping of $15.90
as described.

I have been trying to return this book since forever ! I haven't gotten my money back !
Took the maximum time allotted to get here. Was hoping for more efficient shipping. Also, there was no option to expedite the shipping, which I would've done given the option.

The book is in amazing condition for a new book. The price was absolutely amazing considering my university bookstore was offering the same book for $200 dollars more.
I unfortunately have not received this text book. I would like a full refund. Please contact me ASAP
