Good condition and quick delivery

I bought a "new" book. When I received it, every chapter of the book had been highlighted. It was clearly not new, and the highlighting made it very difficult to read.

VERY DISSATISFIED. Upon receiving the book, I noticed that the book I purchased was actually a "study guide" book for Statistics for the Behavioral Sciences - NOT the actual textbook itself. Terrible!
