Delivery was prompt. Thank you. Many of the chapters need to be viewed with an access code online but since the book was published for Asia, the code is voided in the U.S.

I think you should let people know that the book is not the same as what is needed for class. Doesn't even look like the one you advertise. I will not be using your services any longer.

I thought the book would come sooner since I paid for expedited sshipping then I did not recieve the version of the book that was promised. I need the book that corresponds with the picture that is provided. Now I have a delay in getting my book that I need for school.

I did not get the book that I wanted. I was sent another book with the same name but it was for individual's outside of the US. (It was clearily labeled FOR USE OUTSIDE OF US)

Delivered on time, but read description. Pictured book May not be the same book pictured, because the international edition has a different cover. The material is essentially the same though.
