Terrible experience. Paid $90 for a textbook and never got it; it's been a month. Called numerous times to valorbooks and had trouble getting a refund. They claim to have refunded me, but I don't see.

Contacted them 2 weeks after shipment date, and 3 weeks after the order date. They did nothing, contacted them again 8 months later after they still hadnt refunded or sent the material.
