Never received the book.

Absolutely HORRIBLE I ordered and 3 weeks later, no book. I got behind in class and NEVER hear from seller after emails.

I have yet to receive this text book and I have sent the seller two inquiries on a status or tracking number and the seller has yet to respond with any information. What do I need to do to get $ back?

Never received the book after multiple attempts and messages that it was and will be sent. Ended up getting my money back but 2 weeks into my class and I still don't have a copy

I have not received this order yet since I ordered it 01/11/16. I am considering a refund if this is not delivered by the end of this week or next week.

Did NOT send ANY information. I had to contact Support TWICE only to be told to wait another 5 days to submit a ticket. Then I'm told that suzettea NEVER shipped my book and never told me.

I still have not received the item and it is now January 27th. I am going to make sure I post this on all social media that this seller is a fraud!

I never even received the textbook I ordered.
