I was shipped the incorrect book and the seller argued with me that they did. After contacting someone else I was refunded. I wont use Valore any more.
Worst customer service I've dealt with in awhile. Package was lost in transit and they asked if I wanted a new book or refund, but gave me a refund anyway when I asked for another book. Terrible.
This edition is totally different from u.s. edition!
Never got my book. Seller provided a tracking number but nevertheless the book didn't come.
This is all the way incorrect. This is not the book that is posted on the site. I am VERY displeased and still don't have to share with someone all the 25 minutes nto on campus! I am very unhappy.

Super fast delivery, book content not the same as the US edition, exercises different for sure, and some of the chapter content. I am getting by in class w occasional help from classmates with US book
I NEVER GOT MY BOOK! Its been over a month, no tracking number, no package, and the seller has very poor communication skills.
