Book arrived in time and was in perfect condition, great
I never received my order. Never received a refund. I reached out the the company and they said the book already shipped out and there's nothing they could do. Never doing business with them again
Worst customer services ever, my order was on the 16 of Jan after a month they finally provided me with the tracking no. and it turned out to be delivered to the wrong address 20 days ago
I actually want to buy this! How do I go about that?
Received the wrong book and the company won't respond to emails regarding the situation. I'm mad that I have to pay a return shipping fee even though I received the wrong item... Very unprofessional!
