have not received item and it's been over 3 weeks
I am highly disappointed. I paid for expedited shipping for this textbook,and it did not arrive until 3 weeks later than I was told it would. Also I ordered a hard cover and it came as a loose leaf.
i still haven't received my order after 16 days, this is so unacceptable
Ordered book, it never arrived. I contacted customer service at ValoreBooks and they tried to help but I never received any contact from the seller, not even a tracking number. Had to buy elsewhere.

Never received book. Would not send Tracking Information.Totally ignored by this seller! Had Valore Booksget involved, they gave me a refund when the seller ignored there emails too.Buyer Beware!
