No I have not received my daughters textbook! I paid for 2 day priority and now she is without a book in class! I'm very upset over this!
Fantastic! I quickly realized I purchased the wrong book and contacted them. They got back to me in less than 12hrs with a refund.
It was shipped to me on time but they sent me a book had a different cover than the one on the website.
Was please with the service. The price and prompt delivery.
Most amazing but ever. I was disappointed the Mastering Chemistry access code did not match the book so I paid more to get that single membership, which was a negative.
SELLER SENT THE WRONG BOOK AND HAS IGNORED MY ATTEMPTS TO GET THE CORRECT BOOK OR RETURN THE OLD ONE
