Book was in slightly worse condition than I expected given the description (good; cover is torn and worn, wrinkled pages), but it's usable and I'm glad to have it for the price.

I did not receive the book "California Government". I did receive the "american government" along with a book called "introduction to design and alaysis". The design book I DID NOT ORDER.
