I unfortunately did not receive my item, but was hastily helped by a representative that resolved my issue by refunding me full price. I have yet to receive the refund, however.
Book never came, reordered today no one even let me know it was canceled. Very disappointed.
My book came in quickly. on time, and they did a good job of describing how used the book was. Very appreciative!
