My book arrived on time and in perfect condition! I was thoroughly impressed.
Order was cancelled and I was never informed of the cancellation. The cancellation has not only caused a delay in school, but it has also cost me $50 more - due to demand.
The book said brand new. However, while reading it I found a bookmark in the book, which to me makes it look like it was used. The only reason that I'm not giving a neg rating is because it looks new.

Book was exactly what I needed
The book did not match the description. The description stated hardcover, I received a spiralbound. I could have paid less elsewhere. The seller insisted that it was Valore's fault, not his.
