I NEVER RECEIVED MY BOOK. It should have been here nearly 2 months ago. I was scammed!

The book I received is NOT the book I ordered. The book I received is International and NOT what I ordered. I will NOT use your company for future purchases.

I ordered the book, I received an email saying that it shipped, I waited until the date it was supposed to be delivered but it never came. I emailed the seller, and received a response stating that the book was damaged in transit and I would be refunded the price of the book. I placed another order on ValoreBooks, and the next day I received another email saying the book was out of stock and I would be refunded again. I needed the book for my class and I could not rely on ValoreBooks. I eventually had to order from Amazon and pay extra for express shipping.

I have not received the book and I would like my money back

Received book in timely manner. Received revised version of 9th edition, cannot use book for my class :(

I am very happy with my experience. I accidentally ordered 2 books, so I contacted the company through their website (email) and the extra book was removed from my order and refunded right away. After I placed my order on a Thursday morning, I received a confirmation email saying the book would be shipped on the following Tuesday (Monday was a holiday), but actually the book was shipped the next morning and I received it Monday afternoon.

They canceled the book out of the blue and then sent me an email about it, after i paid for it. I dont understand why they canceled the order.

I have not purchased this book.

I never received item. Seller was told to refund my money. Not a good seller. Savetext business was not good.

Never recieved item. Would like a refund if possible. Will not be using this website ever again!

Even though the wrong book was ordered and then lost in trying to return it back I still received a partial refund, this is because it was my fault when buying the book. Overall, very good place.
