Good fast shhipping

When I ordered this book, the order summary stated that i was shipping from NYC, NY. I found out today it's coming from Taiwan, Via DHL shipping. I wasn't here to receive the book, so they took it back to Seattle...140 miles away and won't be back in my area until wednesday. No one informed me that I would need to be present to receive my order. I paid for expidited shipping because I needed my book quickly! I want my money back. I should have been notified that this book was not available in the US, and the specifics of the shipping process. I'm very disappointed! Please respond as to what actions you will take from this point.
