Item shipped / received promptly (by my local post office...THERE was a 3 week delay in THEIR delivery to me, but this was NOT the sellers fault)...book arrived in excellent shape (as described).
Book was in excellent condition as described, received earlier than predicted, and was emailed with progress of order promptly throughout. Plus the price was best anywhere. Would do business again!

Book came very quickly, sooner than I expected. Exact book described and in great condition.
brand new book and its nice however the seller mailed it in a unpadded bag so when i got it the edges of the book were badly banged up. next time mail it in a box with bubble wrap
it's not new like you told me, so i understand why it's cheap like that.
No review cards and website printed access cards. But, I have not needed them so far in class. The course is getting tough though.
