Shipping was pretty slow and the box the book was delivered in probably can't be reused. The book had some damage in the binding, not a major issue but I hope the company was aware of it.

Why in the world would a person rent a used book it should be a textbook that has a new access code that has not been in used and I thought I paid for that new access code plus the new book to rent
