The book arrived in a timely manner though the tracking portion was a bit overly complicated.

On time and in excellent condition.

I did not receive my book until February 28, 2015. I was witout a book for almost a month and am very behind in class. I should have just been allowed to pay the difference in the purchase price for the rental that I already had instead of having to send it back and purchase another book.

The book sent was not the book received. The book I received was selling for nearly 20.00 cheaper than what I paid. I could not return book in time for class start. Feel ripped off.
