I will never order from this company again. I ordered the book in time to receive it for Christmas, of course I did not receive it and when I called to find out what happened to the order I was informed via email that the ordered was shipped and if I did not receive it to check with neighbors, family or friends. Are you kidding me!! I live in a huge apartment complex and asking anyone if they had taken the book off my door step. I was appalled that I was advised to do this and also the fact you did not leave the book in the apartment office. When I called customer service the rude representative "Eddie" insisted in talking over me and all but hung on me when I told him I was not going to track down this order and he needed to do that and get back with me. Further more, you never asked if I wanted the book replaced you just refunded me my money. Horrible experience!!
