This is NOT the book I want....It was NOT as advertised......I was given the run-around when I wanted to return it. How do I return it and get a refund. Your guarantee is a sham!

It's too bad that the print quality is poor. The type is blurry on all the pages. It truly wasn't worth the price.

its 15 days since I placed the order...Still no book. I know I payed Standard shipping but I have done so on all the books I have ordered through Valore and this is the only time that a book has taken longer than a week to get to me. Disapointed.

DO NOT ORDER FROM PAPERBACKSHOP. I ordered ONE book on December 26th and it's STILL NOT HERE on January 14th. I just ordered the book from Barnes and Noble. I WILL be returned this book IF it arrives.

Over 2 weeks later, I logged in to check status and saw that it was marked Refund. No email telling me of any issues - a week earlier I got a "SHIPPED" Email. So it never did actually ship.

I never got my book, i was sent some junk, service is horrible and will never buy from Valerie books again. will chec k my bank and see if i really did get my refund.

Came quickly & perfect condition. My Grandson loved it!
