I NEVER got the book. Maybe I am one of the rare cases in which the book takes more than 20 days to be shipped but I have a test the day after tomorrow and no book.

This book was ordered as a Christmas present on 12/9/13. It did not arrive until 12/28 or 12/29, after we had left home for two months. When it was forwarded by the USPS the postage-due was $9.
