I got the wrong book.

The book got lost in the mail and the company didn't do anything about it until it was too late for me to try ordering online again so I got stuck paying $130 more than I was supposed to.

Bad they didn't answer and refunded me finally

According to USPS, order was mailed to wrong address and without apartment number.

I contacted the seller within 10 minutes of placing my order asking for them to cancel it. They replied "OK". They sent the book anyway and I again told them I canceled the order & they didn't reply.

Textbook in excellent condition, and the best price I could find!

This is a shitty seller. Offered no response at any of my attempts to contact for assistance. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

would have been very nice of someone to let me know my order was cancelled. Now my son will not receive his wish for Christmas.

Received different edition than what was ordered

I got completely different edition of the book than I ordered. I'm very disappointing by ordering book from valorebooks. In future I will not trust and order any books. I didn't have time to complain.
