It was terrible. I bought the book for the access code and there was no access code then I was told that I would get a full refund of my money and didn't even get that. Never buying from this site.

book just as decribed

I got my book in the condition described online. Their website confirmation system was down but the customer service people replied promptly to my e-mail about confirming my order. All good!

I paid for expedited shipping and received it in normal time. Also I e-mailed inquiring about the book since it had not been shipped on the third day and no response.

It is the 12 of Februrary and I still didn't receive it!!!!!. What can I do to receive my book???

Its the best book ever. I'm in love with the book. The only thing I hate about it is, its going to come off from the edge. But the rest is great.

There was supposed to be a DVD with the book which we were unaware of until school began and had to order it for an additional 57 dollars, had I known probably would have just bought it at the school

great. it came in literally 2 days(no lie). brand new. international edition. same exact content, just different page numbers,that MIGHT be a hassle...but the different page numbers dnt chnge anythng.
