I paid for shipping between 4-14 days but on day 18 I finally reached out and they said they could email me the codes. They refunded the cost of shipping but could have easily emailed the codes first.

They did not respond to our many requests asking about the kit we never received. We got a refund from Valorebooks who sent them a message as well stating we would get refunded if no response in 2 day

Received a sheet of paper , NOT what I ordered 5 weeks later. I received an email saying my order was shipped on AUgust 21,2018, but the envelope says it was shipped on September 18,2018. Total lie.
