I paid for second day shipping and the book took over a week to arrive. I messaged the company to find out what the delay was and when it was going to be delivered and never got a response. Horrible.

I cancelled these orders and my account was still charged and 2 books still were processed, how do i send them back and get a refund?

The date of the delivery was very unclear and it ended up taking forever for the order to arrive. I had to order another version of the product on Amazon while I was waiting for the Valore order! >:(
