I didn't get the book pictured and it was not hardcover however the contents will work and I will probably keep it
book was the softcover international edition and the pages aren't exactly the same as the us edition

It was used, this I knew. However, I did not expect the entire thing to wrapped in black duct tape with pages torn.
Very good; the seller put a hardcover on the soft book (like a $100 extra if I bought the US edition).
