Book took a little longer than expected to arrive, but I had it within two weeks and in great condition.
Was not great with responding to messages, never received order
Didn't recieve item or tracking #. Emailed seller - they did respond within 24 hours. Said tracking showed delivered to wrong address (?). Still no tracking, but gave full refund. Drop-shipper?
I understand if something gets delayed in transit but its been nearly 2 weeks and the book hasn't even reached the shipper yet.
Very pleased with seller. Book is essentially new. Carefully packaged to prevent damage in delivery. Would gladly do business again with seller.
Never received order. No way to track order. This is my first purchase from Valorebooks and I will not be purchasing from them again.
I don't like the way Valore Books shuffles off all inquiries about slow/non delivery to separate vendors. Shouldn't you take responsibility for what you sell on your site?
