I never received the book, nor did I receive a reply to my two email inquiries.

My book never came. I did report it but got no response. I couldn’t find any phone number to call to try to resolve this.

Horrible Service: Didn't ship in time for event, requested refund, no reply and they cover up mistake by resending the books after I asked for a refund. Proof in screenshots, but no place to upload.

Seller uncommincative, unexplained delay over one month, book never arrived, ultimately Valorebooks itself refunded my money.

This is the third message I have left. My order never arrived. According to the tracking number it is somewhere in Medford Oregon, about ten miles away. Please contact post office or send me another.
