I paid for a "New" book, the book I received had a packing-slip inside the cover from the real seller on half.com. The book is listed in "Like New" condition. This is Fraud with $22.50 in profit.

I didn't realize "publisher's overstock" meant there'd be black marker across the bottom. Aside from that, one corner was a bit bunged up, but that could've happened during shipment.

the book was not in new condition when recieved - it was to be a gift but I have to return it because of the condition
