The access code I received was used! I had to purchase another one at the college bookstore. I need to know what to do to get my money back.

Very satisfied with purchase. Efficient transaction, book arrived on time as promised.
The book was listed as in very good condition, but it was not at all. There's a lot of highlighting and the cover is very worn. I also paid for expedited shipping, but it took awhile to receive.
