Ordered book 05 Dec - 06 Jan no book. I wrote TWICE to the company asking about the book & no response x two. Classes start next week. They have my $$, I have no book. :-(

They do not know what it means to check their email because I've messaged them about cancelling my order before it was confirmed or shipped. Horrible customer service.
