I finally got this book, but it took 4-5 weeks.I wasn't informed on any of these changes. I or anyone else I know will not be ordering from you again.

The only issue I had was how long the order took to arrive.

it took 24 days to receive this-i got way behind in my class... thumbs down :-(

The listing says that the books are hardback and they sent us all soft back books. There was also a notation stating that if you order a high quantity you can contact your vendor they will refund you the difference for shipping. I contacted our vendor and they knew nothing of this statement on the website and they declined giving me my money back.
