I order my book on 3/22/17, didn't receive it until 4/18/22. Sent several emails, the only reply I got was "its on the way". week 4 into the semester I received book. I want a refund.

I have never received the book I ordered. Find out two weeks later that it was canceled. Why? Who canceled? No one contacted me if it was any problem! I need this book now and I don't have it.

I was very disappointed after been told that the books were on there way I got an email 1 week later that they were out of the books and I would get a refund. I will not order from Valore again.
