bought the book and didn't receive on expected delivery time. contacvted them and they told me that the book is lost during postal transportation. no book and the course has started week ago.

Horrible service.. paid for expedited shipping to receive with 2-5business days and didnt receive in that time frame. ask my refund on the shipping cost of 6.95 and they didnt do it
