I paid for expedited shipping, and the book arrived nearly a week past its arrival window, and the seller flat out lied to me about when the book was shipped. I tried to contact them directly, no go
Book received as ordered and in good condition. Arrived within stated time frame.
I contacted for my tracking number, but didn't get a reply. After 15 days pass, I contact the website, and then I got a reply with a tracking number, but the shipment was lost by then.
Received book in a timely manner and book was in great condition
My textbook came to me right away, I was surprised how soon it came. I hope I can get all my other textbooks from here in the future.

I have not recieved my text book, my class is Monday. I have homework that I can not do without it. Better shipping info is a must, such as who the carrier is(FedEx, ups) AND a tracking number!
