This is false advertisement, the book does not come with MasteringChemistry Access Code. DO NOT buy from this seller. It takes 6+ days for the book to arrive even when you pay for the expedited servic
The international edition is not the same as the US edition as advertised. Since the homework problems are not identical to its US counterpart, it is of no value to me. Sorry.
I was sent the global version which was incorrect and I'm now having to get homework questions from other class mates.
Paid for expedited (two business days) shipping. Have not received book. Have not received correct tracking information. Have not recieved any information that will allow me to find book's location.
I paid for expedited shipping and still have not received my book. When I emailed the seller, the response was "We will check into it". No response since. No book. Feeling ripped off right now.
Book came damaged since it wasn't covered by bubblewrap or anything. However, it was a great price for the book.
shipment slow takes 6 days to arrive. employees suck, they don't help you work things out and push their responsibility away. worst book shopping experience ever.
