item was not what I was looking for

The only thing I didn't like was that clicking on the tracking number didn't take me to the actual shipment but rather told me I had to call the company in order to know where the package was.

I paid for my order, a textbook I needed for class, and within a week of ordering it I received an email stating that I would be recieving a refund but no explaination was provided.
