The book was as advertised and cheaper than I could find it anywhere else.

Only complaint, the data CD for the book was missing and replaced with a CD that does not go along with the book. Was able to get the data cd from the publisher.

I had cancelled my order like 20 seconds after I made it, because I realized I could get the book at school. They ignored my request for cancellation and never contacted me and delivered it.

I did not receive the book that I ordered. However, Damikka was helpful in the return process and making sure that I received the correct book along with a reimbursement for my shipping costs.

The book is in bad condition, much worse than advertised and the seller is not willing to sort it out. Will never use this site for ordering anything again, nor will I recommend it.

Great price, however there was a procrastination with mailing my book. I had to send 2 correspondence before seeing any results.

seller cancelled my order when it took me forever to navigate the crummy website to buy it. I need this book soon and now have wasted a whole day and have to search again
