It took almost a month to receive the book - does it usually take this long for a book to get to Hawaii? Other than the wait, everything else was fine including the book's condition.

We like buying from goodwill. Book was great but two weeks to receive was not acceptable. Should have been sent first class for that shipping price.
The book was in excellent shape, arrived quickly, but $3 more was put on my credit card then my receipt said.
