I do NOT recommend this seller: I was sent the WRONG book, and the seller never responded to three emails. Finally had to contact the site and am STILL waiting for my refund.

I was sold a book with black tape over areas of the cover. Under it states is an instructors manual. "This work is protected by US copyright laws and is for instructors use only. Not for sale.
