I am still waiting for a reply. I placed my order last Thursday, paid for expedited shipping, and the tracking number still shows as "not trackable." When will my order arrive??

Item was described to have no highlighting and be in excellent condition. Almost every word is highlighted, all in different colors. It is also bent and pages are folded! No response to email.
Book came in good condition but 2 day shipping took longer than expected. When I asked why through and email they responded quick with a tracking number to the right carrier.
