My rental was in excellent condition and received in a timely manner. I am now done, trying to return it, and my Free, prepaid shipping return label and packing slip is not available.

The book was had a different cover from what was advertised.

It wasn't the same book from the cover but overall the shipment came it great but the book wasn't needed for the class anymore.

Very bad. The description makes it seem like the book will only be slightly different but it's completely different. I returned the book for a refund within thirty days and there is no contact number.
