I will never buy another book from this website or seller. My textbook arrived late and did not include a tracking number. I immediately returned it and never received a refund.

The seller was not responsive to my request for tracking information and updates but ValoreBooks was very helpful with that. Otherwise, the book arrived in phenomenal condition.

Received the wrong book.

The book I received doesn't appear to be the book I ordered however I am making it work with my class.

I never got my money back

I returned the book and still have not received my refund. I tracked the book and it says it was delivered. I also messaged this seller with no response as to when I would be refunded.
