Placed order 8/31, selected PRIORITY shipping, did not recieve until 9/17, seller sent as media mall. a much cheaper, and much slower option, but I was still billed for priority shipping.
The book was fine but I didn't want the study guide...I wanted the actual book. A misunderstanding on my part so I have sent the book back.

Poor service, relying on a third party neglected customer serviceand resulted in finger pointing and no one claiming responsibility for me not getting my book. Never again!!

I ordered the book Priority shipping which should take no longer then 5 days. Its been 28 days and still have not recieved the book.
Book was in OK condition; highlighted and some worn pages, but I purposely bought a used book, so it is to be expected.
Got book two days later than supposed "latest delivery day." Do not know if this was USPS fault or seller fault. But was unhappy with that. Price was mediocre. Product was perfect.
