The book was never delivered and caused me to drop the class I had purchased it for. Not satisfied one bit.
Perfect text book at half the cost of the school bookstore. Highly recommend using Valorebooks. Will buy all of daughters books on this site next semester.
The book did not come as described. I e-mailed them requesting return and refund information on 2/24/14, and never heard from them again.
Customer service was great a corresponding with emails. I made a error on my zipcode..so delivery was delayed. However company should have a valid tracking number with a reputable carrier
