Had to return due to dropping class, awesome policy - so glad I didn't buy a book!
I was hesitant to use a book rental service, but so far it has been a great experience I would reommend to others. The book came quickly and in good condition.
Excellent customer service. Responded to my email indicating that I had inputted the wrong shipping address. Book was shipped on time and to the correct location!
took about a month for my book to be delivered, when i ccontacted customer service they were unhelpful. the book was the right once it got here.
