The book was wrinkle from were it got wet. I will never order book from you again. Last chapters was hard to read.

This, sadly, came two weeks after my class was done.

Item arrived on-time, 4 days after the order was placed. Book is in the condition as described. Packaging arrived opened on one end, but the book was within and in good condition.

The book was out of stock yet still for sale.

As of 8/25, the book (ordered 8/08) has still not arrived, which seems unreasonable. The class started 8/25, and it is therefore not possible to do assignments and be prepared for reading quizzes.

Seller decided they didn't really have the book, so ultimately he/she canceled the order six days later via the sad site Valorebooks.

Seller charged me for book over a month ago; shortly after I received an email indicating I'd receive a refund because the book is no longer available. It is now over 45 days since and no refund!
