Ordered this book but never received it. Contacted seller the 1st time they said they shipped within 48 hrs from ordering thru USPS and claimed it could be lost and asked if I wanted them to reship,

This page is shit! I ordered a book over 2 months ago and never received it!

My order was not sent in a timely manner. Also I asked for a tracking number and they never sent it to me.

This was fine

I was not satisfied with the services

After waiting 18 days, I received the wrong book and nothing was done to fix it. I was told "return for a refund." So I would need to spend money to ship it. Will never use valorebooks ever again.

I still have not received my book ...and it was ordered a month ago...and have sent seller several messages about it...with no answers

After I received my book, I received another email a week later saying that the book I ordered was sent. I did not request for another book to be sent and I was not told ahead of time it was sent.

I asked them for a tracking number. No number was given. I needed this book by a certain date. 2 weeks after I ordered it, and right before I needed it, I message them asking where it is. They lost it

Ordered Aug 6th, got shipping notice Aug 7th. Suddenly got REFUND notice Aug 13th. Not enough time for me to reorder elsewhere & have in time for school. I don't recommend buying from buybestbooks
