The book came in brand new, however I was not aware that it would be in loose leaf format. There was an opening in the package, but there was no damage to the book. Otherwise, this was perfect.
Heavy liquid was urine, company tried to deny it was urine and basically called me a liar...anything for a quick dollar, even urine coated ð¡ I was fully refunded..will NOT be a returning customer!!!!
The book was fine, but it was mailed to the wrong post office, so I didn't receive it until after my first assignment was due. Mailing needs to change.
