The picture is misleading. The book I received is the wrong book and has a completely different picture! As a first time buyer I'm disappointed and will use this site as a last resort in the future!

The description of the book was for a 14th edition and I received an earlier edition

don't trust everything it said because nothing is true about it. the seller and VALOREBOOKS both are dishonest

VERY slow shipping. Condition was listed as new but the book is obviously used.

I never received the book and will be issuing a chargeback to my credit card company

They sent the wrong book so i sent the book back and never got a refund.

Book as yet to arrive. USPS website says it received a shipping label buy no package and it has been like that since September 2nd. I placed my order on the 30th of August. I missed an assignment

I received the wrong book, and the book was shipped 4 days after the label is printed after I followed up, now my class started and don't have a book.

I never received this order, and when I contacted the seller I never received a response. Absolutely unbelievable.

I have not received my textbook. My class has started and I am scrambling to do assignments due the fact that my book is not here. Next time I will spend a few extra bucks and purchase through Amazon.

Book was in better condition than I expected. Very fast delivery. Customer support was helpful and friendly. Would recommend.
